Just watched 15 minutes of halo 5 game play…even more disappointed than I thought…I’m sorry but it’s not halo anymore. It’s not cod but hell if it isn’t getting there…this isn’t the halo I grew up with …this is some -Yoink- …thank you 343 for ruining my favorite game and thank you Microsoft for letting this -Yoink- happen…you had an amazing fan base for halo that bungie built and you guys are letting that go to waste. They should have stuck with the halo ring story, and not taken chiefs armor and replaced it with a latex suit and nerf padding. In halo you are also suposed to learn the maps and know where the weapons are and if you can’t get them learn to work with default weapons and still kick some butt. The spawning of weaopns with enery points in game is basically getting a care package in cod. If you want to beat sony you need to get the halo fanbase but up to what it was before 343. Halo is and was the main game that brought people to the xbox, and now halo is not halo anymore. Microsoft I love you but you should have never let bungie leave. 343 I get what you are trying to do…but if there is one thing I know about halo fans…it’s that you DO NOT mess with their favorite game.
Did you watch 15 minutes from the beta, or fifteen minutes of Warzone from E3? Because I’m not really sure what you mean by “spawning of weapons…” H5 team slayer has weapons on map, no ordnance drops. You don’t even have drops in Warzone, at least not in the conventional sense. You can call in a weapon, in specific circumstances, at certain specific locations, so even there you don’t have H4-style drops or CoD care packages.
So you are literally saying, “thank you 343 for ruining my favorite game” because you don’t like the new armor and because you misinterpreted the game footage that you saw? What am I missing here?
What would be the point if nothing changed in the game?
If there are no changes then it might as well just be DLC for the MCC.
If they hadn’t changed anything then I would have been getting BO3 instead.
