Halo 5

Can I get my money back for being banned from arena for leaving two servers and being kicked from two because i was gone for less than 5 minutes? It has happened to me twice yesterday when the game finally downloaded and i got to play, and once today. What happened to actually matching the skills up in matchmaking. i am constantly being put in with players that are alot better. Not even 1 hr. ago, the game froze and the game had just ended. I had to exit out and go back in. Now i am banned from arenas for 23 mins and i thought i was buying a game that customers would be happy with. i am very unsatisfied. If i bought the game, why can i not leave servers and take as long as i want. Its a fun game so it wouldnt sit there forever. The campaign glitches or something as well, like i am trying to get past the inspector or whatever he is and i cant get him or find him. I just keep going aroound and around and nothing. How is it possibly gonna get anything sold if u ban people every hour for stupid crap. if other people dont like it, start making a few servers so those non-stop gamers can game on. i am trying to compromise here and go with it, but it is aweful and disquesting and distasteful to ban and kick people for reasons unknown on their side. If something doesnt get fixed i will get my money back and purchase a rainbow six game where i wont get banned.

I’m seeing around 18 DNFs in your game history within the past month. Leaving matches and AFKing ruins the experience for other players. In some instances where you get disconnected from the server, almost everyone has experienced that.

I only count 7, but that’s out of 28 games completed…so…probably shouldn’t quit 25% of the games you play.

I looked through all of the OP’s game history up until 7/8/2016. Counted 18 DNFs.

Ah, I was just looking at Arena. 18 DNFs in 96 total games is…better, I guess. 19% quit rate!

Ok, i barely bought and got the game downloaded yesterday morning and i have not quit that many games. Also, im sorry for the post in the wrong area as i am very new here. I havent quit very many games at all. a couple i have quit because matchmaking seems to think i need to be matched with people who kill me after two shots and on the 5 or 6 occasions i have shot at them in close range about 6 or 7 times before they even saw me, i die. Also, the game froze this very last time and i didnt even get to see intermission. i got banned for not going off like most people do. how is that alright? I think someone needs to refresh that page you guys are looking at or something because i usually stay on the server i am on. i dont even play the one where you capture the flag and whatnot because i cant even get turned around right after respawning and someone has killed me again or someone is cursing and carrying on because i cant even hold my own. i had the trial in july around i think the beginning or middle of the month but i didnt quit much of it because in my opinion, it was more fun and less complicated than the full version. Maybe i need some help here, i dont know but its very wrong to sell games and then ban them from that very game that was sold to them. are there some servers for new players or something? you cant even get a break between games to breathe and there are some terrific players out there that leave you wondering, “what in the world just happened!” but you cant even figure it out because youre already dead from someone else. Love infection by the way.

If you’ve only bought the game yesterday, please, explain to me how, exactly, is your game history showing matches from last month? In addition to that, you are currently at SR 22. I don’t believe it is possible for any normal human being to progress that far in Halo 5 with only one day of owning the game.

WZFF has made it pretty fast. A friend of mine has had the game since WZFF came out. (like 2 days after) and is currently 78? It’s all she plays on it.

Great, they got people hatting on people that quit the games and i understand that it ruins the halo 5 experience for them, but when all you get is wiped out and slaughtered and you just got the game yesterday, what the heck do you do? i think i am going to quit playing the game because it is becoming an uproar around here like a dominoe affect. What is with the super fast blurs that wipe you out before you even see anything? My best guess that it is showing that is because i downloaded the trial which was a little easier and i liked it. i dont like the full game now though. I had a 14 day trial and feel so in love with the game as i havent missed an episode of the walking dead.

that is really sad that they would count youre 14 day trial against you. really, really sad.

I dont have a lot game related problems for the most part. Its only bad when my internet is bad which is not that often.
