Hi guys, got the halo 5 edition Xbox. Redeemed the game code and the game isn’t showing up anywhere on Xbox dashboard. It’s not in my games. Much help would be appreciated. Thanks
Find it in the xbox store and it should allow you to download it.

Tried that it says I have to buy it. I had pre-ordered bo3 and had that game downloading then I redeemed the halo code and it was next to download after bo3 was done. I left my Xbox on for a couple hours and came back and bo3 was done downloading and halo was no where to be seen. Not in downloads not in my games. Not even showing up in storage. I redeemed the code again but it said it had already been redeemed of course.
Perhaps you didn’t fully download it?
Check all games and apps and check your hard drive.
