What do you guys think about Halo 5? You think any weapons/maps need to be added? Anything about about the gameplay you like and/or dislike? Personally, I prefer Halo 4, due to the fact that a) it was the first Halo game I played and b) the armor abilities. I do like the set-up on the controller with the game though. Helps during matches, and the ability to ground pound and Spartan Charge is great as well.
With Halo 4 (and reach) and their armor abilities, Halo got away from the even playing field where everybody started with the exact same equipment (guns and abilities, if any).
I like how they went back to the even playing field. Maybe add abilities on map people could pick up if anything.

I do like the even playing fields, but I also like the armor abilities as well. And some Arena maps have abilities on the field and in Warzone you can use abilities too and even stack up certain abilities like speed boost. But the different loadouts made Halo 4 more interesting to me personally.
I personally think Halo 5 is a good game. Shame there was so much negativity towards it on the forums. But with that aside, the gameplay dose feel good, especially with the spartan abilities, which makes me actually feel like a spartan. And some parts seem like a good mix ups with the old and the new, adding some new elements while still retaining the core aspect of the game that it actually feels familiar to some of us old players. I would have liked it if 343 allowed the same customization options we had for Halo 4, but I think I might understand their reasoning for limiting it to helmet, armor, and visor. If there were some weapons to make a come back through the Req. system, I would go for the plasma rifle, needle rifle, and the plasma repeater. I think some of us should focus more on the positive parts about Halo 5 rather than the negative.
I love Halo 5’s PvP. It is IMO the best gameplay since Halo 2. Personally, I hated Halo 4’s PvP but I much preferred its story to Halo 5’s.
