This is the reason why I raged so hard, looking at how bad Halo 4 is I can’t see how 343i can turn it around with a little over 2 years of dev time. 3, maybe even 4 years dev time is needed to fix the mess that was Halo 4 and make it something good.

It better not just be called “Halo”, that would be really stupid. I don’t think it needs to come out this soon anyway. Makes me think Halo 4 really WAS one big beta.

Unfortunately, this is all a part of Halo’s milking process.
I don’t necessarily think it’s 5, I don’t think a War Sphinx would be an antagonist for a full game

If it is indeed Halo 5, It’s waay to early. It should not release until at least 2015.

Don’t worry, the main bulk of 343 employees have been working on Halo 5 for a LONG time now. how do I know? Look at Halo 4, half the game was outsourced, tonnes of features and modes were missing, poor post launch support. It’s clear Halo 4 was put together with a smaller B team.
But if I’m wrong, then RIP Halo.

Halo 2 = 2004
Halo 3 = 2007
Halo Wars (Disregarded by Bungie) = 2009
Halo ODST = 2009
Halo Reach = 2010
Halo 4 = 2012
Halo Spartan Assualt = 2013
Halo 5? = 2014
Or
Halo CE = 2001
Halo 2 = 2004
Halo 3 = 2007
Halo Reach = 2010

It’s now 2 years between the main games rather than 3. It is being milked.

It’s funny how we all reacted the same way when Halo 4 was announced… and look that turned out.
I just hope that you guys don’t let this new hype distract you all into making the same mistake twice.

Odst came out 2 years after halo 3 and halo reach 1 year after odst. Halo games have been made in that time.
And the more than likely started development long before the release of halo 4
I will be fine if they polished up h4 mp and add new maps guns and vehicles and had an amazing campaign also it’s not like they did not work on it while with halo 4 ,2 years is plenty of time for them to sort out any problems
It’s defiantly 2015. Almost every place I’ve been to said that it was 2015. Not sure if it’s going to come out in the end or beginning of 2015.
