Halo 5 Zombies too weak

Played a few games of the new Infection gamemode and I gotta say, it really isn’t that fun. The zombies are waaay too weak. They literally drop after like 10 AR rounds, not to mention the various power weapons around the map. Also, why can’t they sprint? The game mode should be re-named to “Attack of the toddlers” because that is what it feels like. At least the alpha zombie should get sprint, not some derpy active camo that only works when standing still or crouch walking. Not to mention how easy it is to see someone crouch-walking with active camo. This gamemode should take some hints from Reach infection.

EDIT: I’ve played more on other maps and realize that zombies are a bit stronger than I thought, but I still think above is true. The mall map with the arcade is just crazy OP for survivors. Also, what’s with the no req points in this gamemode?

I’m an infection veteran from the Halo 3 days so it’s pretty easy for me to infect survivors since I know what I’m doing. You just need to know how to single out your prey and strike at the right time. I can enter a room as a zombie where there’s a group of people and I end up infecting at least one of them most the time I go into that room.

We’ve all seen zombie movies and played zombie games; humans are supposed to be able to kill them in droves. When there’s only a few zombies, hunt the cocky lone wolves and once there’s lots of you, overwhelm their inferior numbers. Just about tactics really, I think the balancing they’ve got is really good to be honest, I’m having a huge amount of fun in this version of infection, irrespective of how it stacks up against old versions.

Infected need to be faster, then I’m happy

Do you want halo 4 zombie/flood back. Nah I find it fun this way, instead of charging in, sneak around.

I actually think Halo 5’s Infection is pretty awesome with the perfect amount of balance between humans and zombies.

They’re supposed to be weak. It’s good to work in numbers when infected. Play smart when there is a few of you. I avoid the huge camping spots. There’s always some drifting around because they want to kill zombies fast.

They drop after 10 AR rounds? So a about a full third of an AR clip, of which the humans only start with two?

I will say the survivors seem to win more than they use to, but the zombies in my experience are still taking most of the rounds. There’s just a little more team work involved with the zombies now, which makes the mode more interesting.
