Hey y’all, vVvDARK WOLFvVv here! Ok, so I hope that this ISN’T considered leaked content especially since that it was briefly posted, but did anyone see the Halo 5 Xbox One case that was on facebook for ever so short of a time?
When I went to try to share it it wouldnt let me then when I refreshed page POOF gone, without a trace, so i appologize for not screen-capping the photo, I didnt think of it at the time considering my excitement. But then right when I thought it was an unintentional leak, like 2 minutes later there was a post talking about a H2:A and a H5.
What do you all think?

EDIT: I hate to say it, but its 1/4 to 4 AM here, and i wanna be up for E3, so try to keep the thread alive for the next few hours, i definitely intend on getting myself another “E3 contributor” medal this year lol LET THE WAYPOINT FORUMS FLOOD!!!

While it’s most likely fake, it’s possibly leaked, but I’m still intrigued.

Probably one of the most badass poses i have seen the Chief in!
I should probably note that its likely for the better that I didnt get the screen cap, I dont wanna get flagged for leaked content, I have too much respect for 343i to be another blood-thisrty-leak-hunter, like there were so many of in halo 4 pre-launch.
Even if it was fake, please, don’t tell me Chief was in one of those lame heroic poses taking up 3/4 of the cover art.
I liked CE and H4’s cover art, they have it done right, emphasizing scale (dat background).

He took up most of the cover, but regardless the way he was posed made it not so bad, i didnt mind that it was pretty much JUST HIM, seeing he is the main character and all. and everything he ever knew is lost to him, it makes sense there wouldnt be much of anything else on the cover. if its real, its probably a very EARLY prototype, and will go into scaling later. although i did like Halo 4’s original game cover concept over what is currently used, but they are both cool (i dont remember if it was fan made or not, but it was still cool)
If 343i haven’t got at least something in the works for the next big Halo on the new console they are going to be left behind. I’m sure there are people hard at work on it already now the big Halo 4 update is done and dusted.
like i said, the probably uploaded the picture by mistake when uploading E3 briefing times. (hence why there are now 2 of the same pic on the halo 4 page) and thus will be dismissed as an unintentional leak (like any game company would admit to that) or fan art. but they already have games like forza 5 attached to what will be the new xbox one cases, and the picture of the H5 game case wasnt photo-shopped, (my dads a graphic designer, which makes it a little easier to notice the handy-work that is photo-shop)
I’m sure there will be something about H5 at E3. It’s a little odd sounding that they’d release it this early, though. (the cover art)
as i said, the cover art may have just been a mistake when trying to upload E3 briefing pics (but 343, nor any other gaming company, would ever admit that, so it will likely be dismissed as “fan art”)

Yeah it’s probably a placeholder.
How about Didact? I think it’d be neat to see him somewhere in the box art. Imagine if they let us play as the enemy again…

Would be cool if it was Didact, not Chief on the box
H2:A would be amazing if they actually announce it, and I would love a H5 teaser trailer like the H4 one.
I wouldn’t be surprised if it was an early Halo 5 leak, they managed to do it at E3 2011 when they accidentally leaked Halo 4.

Lol, we only got the medal, because Waypoint forums was malfunctioning. I don’t think it will happen again, unless we get something amazing …
