Ok so about 10 days ago I got the new Halo 5 locke controller for $10 because my white controller started to drift…bad. So just today my Halo 5 controller has started doing THE SAME -Yoink!- THING.It’s not as bad as the white controller but I feel it’s gonna get worse…I wonder if they are even gonna take it back because I just done that with another controller…and from what I hear, it’s common problem. For a multi billion dollar company, you would think there controllers would be of good standards…I guess not. So has this happened to any of you guys?
.(Bump)
Dunno, have had my controller since March last year and it is still like the first day in terms of shape and performance.
OMG! A piece of electronics has a defect? Call the national guard!
Or. Exchange it at the store. Things happen. Relax and stop yelling like an infant.
I have the Locke controller as well for three weeks now, and it works great. My only problem with it is that, for some reason, the Plug&Play batteries almost do not load on it.

Excuse me, dude, I’m just stating my opinion on how this has happened 2 times in a row,and this really has to stop, either microsoft can’t make controller for Shi*t or i’m just really unlucky
If the same thing happens to 2 controllers it might be your fault. Maybe you push the sticks too hard or something.
Notice I said might, it could very well be the controllers themselves. But hey, this is what warrenty is for.

Nope, trust me I treated them both great and because my first drifted I put my second one in the box when I was done playing just to be extra careful, that didn’t help it seemed.
My buddy bought the Halo 5 console, a Master Chief controller and a Locke controller. The Chief and console controller broke the day he opened them. My buddy and I both work at Gamestop and we have had a few of the Locke and Chief controllers come back in for the same reasons.
Well, mine works perfectly fine. Got the chief one and it seems way better made than my old controllers. The bumpers are way better. But I never had any trouble with any of my controllers. Got two old standard ones without the headphone jack, the midnight forces one without the jack and the chief one with the new headphone jack. None of them has trouble with drifting sticks. They are pretty well made, better than the 360 ones and fixed in place.
But my chief controller fell off my couch and the left bumper got stuck… Pretty lame this happened from like 40cm height. But after pushing it a few times it popped out again and still works fine.
So no, no issues with the controller.

You’re welcome to state you’re opinion, but it might be better relieved if you’re not ranting like a psychopath.
Your probably unlucky, as my 2 launch day controllers work fine still.

I get what your saying but when I spend money on something, I expect it to be up to scratch, we both have different ways of handling things but I took what you said into consideration and edited my OP to make it a be less Rant-like and more Pissed off consumer…even though they are the same thing.

Well, I hope this isn’t a common issue with the controller… I was about to buy the Locke controller as well, having a total of five then (using one standard on my pc, it’s annoying to sync them with the console again and I’m a lazy person), but if this is a common problem I might consider not buying another controller and maybe go for the headset instead.
They gave you a deal on the locke controller because the white one broke? Or you managed to get it somehow for 10?
Either way my controllers are all working fine. Try slamming it on the ground or something. Maybe that will fix it.

Well I could of got the black controller for free because it’s the same price as the white one, but considering Halo 5 controller looks sick, I decided to pay the extra 10 bucks to get it.

I get it man. It’s frustrating. People will take you more seriously though if you’re respectful. Ranting and cursing just makes YOU look bad.
