Sorry this took long many things has happened, I am glad to be back! We have a new take on a design for one of the most coolest armour debatably in Halo, Emiles EVA armour now labelled wrath. I am very excited to review this!
Armour Colours
For many people have expressed their distaste for flat colours being bright and lack the grit and dirt Halo armour is known for, the Wrath Armour eradicates this issue.
We have darker colours with detailed patterns which is a beauty to behold for the eyes but has huge issues which we will discuss later.
Helmet
We have the helmet, which has been nicely remade. the skull shape and EVA helmet design remain the same. While not much has changed, it still keeps its original design.
Wrist
The wrist eight gauge has returned looking very good still.
The Chest - There’s alot here to talk about
While Decimator, Air assault, Intruder, Mark V Alpha struggled to nail H chest design, the wrath H chest just blows them out of the water with detail and correct shaping.
We have a more broader and aggressive design featuring Emile’s Iconic Kukuri Knife now featured on the left side of the chest, while in the wrong place it still works with the design. There are subtle changes but changes that work as they stay true to the H Chest Mark V B design.
The Shoulders
We have security one of the biggest shoulder pieces returning, missing the Knife sadly… While this damages the design of Emile by moving Emile Kukuri Knife to another place, i would say is an improvement as it keeps the spirit of Emile intact.
The operator shoulder piece on the opposite arm even out the design so nicely as well.
Critiques and Improvements that could be made
- The colours are darker for this armour, meaning that if you pick any helmet with the Wrath Armour the helmet will have a lighter colour. That is a glaring issue and should be looked into.
As a whole it is exceptional, it does so much new while not going too overboard. The armour is a true must have. I am glad to say after numerous armour critique’s. The proportions are brilliantly recreated, there was clearly effort and love put into this design which Emile fans will enjoy.
The armour also come with another variant that has more skull paintings, which is a detailed i really adore!
