halo 5 won't let me play Xbox live???

So I tried playing right now and it said I don’t have Xbox live? I have Xbox live and just to be sure I tried ordering another 1 year subscription when it told me to but then it said “sorry you can’t have more than one of these per account” so confused

If you have multiple accounts signed in, sign out everyone and log into the account you want to play with.
