For Halo 5 Wireless Surround Sound Headset 343i please come out with a updated version of the Tritton Warhead 7.1 Wireless Surround Headset that gives the player some nice DLC armor or weapon skin for there online gaming experience. This headset was amazingly good on the XB360. I could hear everything for Gameplay, Movies, and Music, and I could even get up from were I playing my games walk to my kitchen grab something to eat or answer the door for pizza all while taking to my friends on Xbox Live. Which work perfectly since I was never connected to the controller at all which made easier to watch movies or listen to music while working out. Not to mention since it came with 2 rechargeable battery packs I could be playing and after 6 or 8 hours I would take out the battery pack and replace it with the one that was charging and then place the other in the charging dock until its done. So this made it so I had endless hours of entertainment which work perfectly for those days I didn’t work or had any classes on. The headset fit perfectly on adult size head which you could still customize for a small type of head as well. The Speakers went over my ears so there not sitting on top of them and making my head hurt or giving me a headache after a hour or so like other headsets out there. The style for the Halo 4 version headset was cool it had this blue but forerunner look to it which was sweet.
I really hope you guys at 343i gives us the community a wireless headset that doesn’t need to plug into the controller at all and a updated version of the Tritton Warhead 7.1 Wireless Surround Headset that give the player some nice DLC armor or weapon skin for there online gaming experience.

I don’t like wireless ones either. Instead of getting the Astro A50s I got the wired A40s with the MixAmp.

Wireless headset will never beat my video designing headsets. But for gaming, watching movies, listening to music, working out, or even walking around your house wireless headsets are the best. The A50s had were they wireless somewhat but to talk you had to be plugged into the controller which to me is kinda stupid and not worth $300 to have a anchor with you at all times. The when the cord brakes you wasted over $300 for nothing which is very frustrating.
I have a cheap ($100) halo themed headset that has stereo sound is only corded to the controller. It suits me fine, I didn’t really want to invest in something more expensive. I don’t appreciate audio enough to buy something like a $300 headset.

Did like your opinion, I believe I will be doing the same, getting the A40.
