What a disaster. As has been the case with every Microsoft-related product over the last decade, they change everything “just because”. I don’t even know where to start. No map voting. JIP. Warzone, in which you have to run for 5 minutes to get to the battle only to be immediately killed because you haven’t spent money on req packs, so you don’t have a chance at winning. The vehicles feel like they’re on ice…slipping and sliding everywhere. The incineration cannon is worthless. You can kill someone with an SMG from 100 yards away. The shotty has almost the same range as the sniper. Etc, etc, etc
Okay. Now that my rant is over, the truth is that this may be a great game one day, but everything about it is so different, I’m not even sure how they can call it Halo. I’m okay with new games and creativity, but if you’re going to completely change the game, and everything about the gsme, at least have the common courtesy to be up front about it.
Call of Duty meets Destiny. Micro transactions = pay to play. Not even close to Halo. But then…Halo has been gone for quite some time.
