Can someone from 343 please help me get this fixed. I cannot matchmake in halo 5 at all it has a red triangle next to all matchmaking that says “Could not find server that was suitable for all members of your fireteam.” I am the only person trying to play and the only account logged onto my xbox. I have tried deleting the game and reinstalling it. I have tried restoring router and Xbox one. I have tried practically everything I can think of. The game worked for months I never changed anything on my router settings nothing new happened I got on one day, when the night before I played fine, and this error was next to everything. I have spent a lot of money on this game. I purchased hundreds of dollars worth of reqs. I bought the special edition Xbox one. I am really upset this will not work for me. I tried contacting you guys through Facebook and Twitter but not one response. I’m asking for your help.

Many people have had this problem. There is no official acknowledgement from 343. After all this time you won’t get one.
I have never been able to get an online game with H5 either and just check back here periodically to see if there is any solutions. There are only ever people like yourself asking for help with no reply from 343.
Some people have had some success by switching their network to wireless/wired then going into matchmaking. This seems to ‘jump start’ the system and they can switch back to the preferred network method after.
Otherwise you can try deleting and re-installing the game and clearing persistent storage from the blu-ray menu. Good luck.
H5 is pretty yoinking empty of content when there is nothing available online.
What is frustrating I have been able to play online since game came or until about a month and a half ago and there was no update/patch in between play time. Please can I get someone from 343 to contact me. Please show you have some customer service and actually care about those who spend money on your products.

Btw my account is not banned. I can play live on every other game and I am not banned on halo 5 either. It says fireteam issues.

This happened to me a while back. My problem was a wire in my Ethernet jack in the wall had somehow manage to become disconnected. However, with this problem I was still able to play using wifi and everything worked fine. If you play with your Xbox wired, I would try switching to wifi and see if that solves the problem for now. Also if you are wired, I would try plugging the Ethernet cord into a laptop or something to see if it is the port or the cord that is acting up.

I have tried different wires different xboxs on wifi. Nothing works. It has something to do with how strict 343 is with there matchmaking which causes issues with no work around. I really want this to get working and am baffled that not one 343 mod has not even tried to help.
I encountered the same problem on Wednesday, as soon as I downloaded Ghosts of Meridian. I did everything you could imagine to fix it aside from completely reinstalling Halo 5, but nothing worked. I also found out that day that my rep plummeted into “avoid me”. I’m not sure about your rep, though.
I’m trying to get a hold of Microsoft support about the problem as I post this. The first time I contacted them, they were less than helpful.
Same thing here but for me only the Free for All playlist was affected. Shows a red triangle and says one of my party members (only me) has an issue and might encounter lag.
Also the game stopped showing my rank (currently at Silver 5) on the playlist, but on the last match report it shows fine.
All of that happened after Ghosts of Meridia, no problems before that.
My reputation on Xbox live is good and long standing. I have spent a great deal on halo 5 and need someone from 343 to help me find a solution to why my game is not working. Will someone have the decency to contact me and help me out.
Why is it so hard to get any help from 343. Do you care about your customers?
