today I checked my Halo 5 download and it was finished at 50+ gigs along with all the LE dlc. Now I’m checking it and it says 0gb. What the hell am I supposed to do? Is this just a glitch or should I redownload it?

Did you pre-order the game before 21st of September? There was a issue with the pre-loads for people who bought the game at that time. I’m afraid you’ll have to delete the current file and re-download everything.

Try restart your xbox first and see if you can see it. Before you do anything else.

I didn’t download anything Halo 5 related on my Xbox until the 20th of October when I got my console. I might as well download it now while I have the time.

I just restarted my Xbox and it still says 0gb. If I unistall it, all my promotional req packs will still be there when I install it again right?

edit okay its all all resinstalling.

Try to restart or hard reset your Xbox. If that doesn’t work, redownload the game.

Mine did this last night. I was fuming. But after power cycling the Xbox it went back to 56.8 gb

Yeah, mine went from 50+GB to 0GB so I simply hit Uninstall All and now it’s redownloading. Should be no problem.

I re downloaded and same fukcing thing happened

I had this issue uninstalling and reinstalling fixed it for me.

I am stuck with some huge update thats taking forever, should I redownload or what?

I had the same issue. Mine was reading 54GB and after restarting it now says 0GB. 2 of my 4 REQ packs are downloaded… support said don’t worry, but I’m not entirely sure. When I click on the preorder, even if it does say 0GB it doesn’t tell me to “install”. Plus I wont uninstall and reinstall. It takes me about 15hrs to download 54GB… there is no time for that!

Are you a preview member? Heard this was a known glitch…but don’t take my word for it.
