Ok so I know that you can get weapon or vehicle certificates which allows you to get that certified item more often,but my question is how do you get these certificates(after matches, in packs,random?) and can you check which ones you have and which ones you dont? Thx in advance for all help guys

You get those certifications in REQ packs, but the certification is random (guaranteed 2 in silver and gold packs, around 75% in bronze pack).
You can see which one you have and which one you don’t on Waypoint and in-game as well. The REQ as a little blue icon on Waypoint when you click on the card. In-game you do not need to click on the card to see the blue icon on top right corner of the card.
Was that clear enough? It sounds confusing at first since its completely a new system to Halo
