I watched da twitch halo 5 world championship stream yesterday on my xboxone and i should get this free wc req pack just 4 WATCHING the stream!!!
So i thought job is done and ill get the pack tomorrow.
I logged in now and saw that u had 2 go to store till 5 pm (middle european time zone) and download it.but i had 2 work today and im about an hour 2 late. So i dint get the pack now??? Wtf it was NEVER said in the stream or anywhere else that u have 2 download it. I watched the stream … i want my pack…
Yeah, same thing happened to me. I thought it would just appear in the REQ store as ours to open, but I guess we missed it.
I also saw the strem and do not have the reqpaq :’’(
So during the stream, instructions on how to get the WC REQ were, at least, posted on Waypoint. I also saw an add of how to get it on the console during the course of the stream. The method of how to get the REQ pack was never described before the WC; all we knew is that we could get it during the WC. It’s unfortunate you missed your window, but it is highly unlikely you will get the REQ pack now that the window has closed.
I am in the same boat. I thought it would show up in my unopened req list. Little did I know I had to download it off the store in this small time frame. I’m a little annoyed, even though its just a req pack. I watched the entire stream with the xbox live events app, but didn’t see a single explanation or instruction about downloading the pack. This definitely could of been better explained. Seems like we just miss out now.
During the stream I played an H5 time and never appeared reqpack. It is unfair to stop doing other things to get it.
I watched the event twice and thought it would show up in game. On the Xbox dashboard it said watch the finals to get. I found out 15 minutes after the promotion ended it was on the marketplace. I didn’t see any instructions during the broadcast on how to download it. I really wanted that pack. I spend a lot of money on req packs and now it kills me I can’t get it.

Check your purchase history and make sure it went through ok. You can see your unopened REQ packs on this page in case you have still to redeem it, or a hard reset of your Xbox One console will also usually do the trick. Lastly, after hard resetting, I’d check your inventory as wel in case the items have already been dropped into your account
