Xbox customer support sent me here regarding my halo 5 warzone req packs not working ive not received all of my warzone req packs . ive gotten only 4 in 2 months , not to mention ive bought and downloaded another warzone req pack (i know i can only have 1 per acc i didnt at the time) but still have only gotten 4

I have bought the warzone res pack, redeemed it and nothing. I have been trying to get this resovled since December 2015. It has not showed up and im not sure what to do since i cannot contact 343. Please help with this issue.
