I got a scratch off code J3R3H-RXXPH-F4C7Q-J3G7P-CGFCZ which I then redeemed and downloaded. I used it about 3 weeks ago and never have a received any packs. I have checked once each week. I got a bundle when the game first came out. I paid for this req pack bundle and have yet to get anything from it. Please I love halo, can you guys get this fixed so I can start receiving weekly packs. Xbox Support told me I could have my problem fixed here.
