So when halo 5 came out I got the Warzone Bundle. Recently my friend was given it but I was not. Checked it was installed, it was checked other sites, nothing anyone know a fix or where I should go?
Just bought the $24.99 Warzone REQ Bundle but only received two packs. I’m guessing those were the two that you receive weekly but I’m still waiting for the 14 that was promised.

You’ll only receive 2 at the moment, but you will get the rest don’t worry. The premium bundles release 2 packs every week, so you’ll get the full 14 packs over the course of 7 weeks. This means that during the week you can rank up, unlock other packs and by the time you’re ready for the next bundle, you’ll have a good chance at getting something really cool. It also means you don’t blow your premiums at a low level and end up with hardly anything and it keeps people playing 
Yeah I understand that the problem is I haven’t been given ANY packs.
I’ve had it since launch and only got two.
So i’m going to start from the beginning for the sake of helping as many of the posters here. First, go to “My Games and Apps” on your Xbox and hit the start button on Halo 5, select manage and you should have something similar to this http://imgur.com/YcJxQnj (except i had the wrong pack selected, the one you want is the green one), if it is there and you haven’t recieved anything what so ever that means the issue is on their end, if it isn’t there that means you either haven’t purchased it yet or haven;’ applied your code for it.
If your issue is the former, i advise taking a screenshot for the sake of a CS Rep as proof showing that you are supposed to recieve your weekly packs, but haven’t.
*Just a reminder as stckrboy said, the packs come in pairs every week for seven weeks and them generally seem to appear late Sunday night or early Monday morning.
