What am I supposed to do…? I’ve done all the trouble shooting and spoken with support for hours about the issue, there’s no contact information with 343 I can have, Microsoft doesn’t even have information with contacting them.
You mentioned 2 years in your topic title, do you mean that it’s been 2 years since you redeemed your code / bought the bundle and haven’t received them? It quite possible that you just missed missed them in amongst opening other packs or forgot that you opened them?
The Warzone bundle provided 14 packs that were delivered over 7 weeks, 2 packs per week. If it has indeed been 2 years since you first encountered this issue, I’m not exactly sure how much can be done now.
