I’ve been dying frequently while playing warzone firefight for the first time and I want to know exactly what are the best strategies for a new comer to halo 5’s warzone for firefight play?

let me hear your thoughts and strategies i could most definitely use them and I do appreciate them.

Here are some of the strategies I would recommend:

  • The Needler is highly effective against Elites and Soldiers early on.
  • Avoid directly charging towards any extreme-threat enemies like the Goblin or Warden unless you are in a tough vehicle like a Phaeton, Banshee, Wraith, or Scorpion.
  • If you get in a vehicle early on in the match, usually a Warthog, you can use it to run over enemies that aren’t Knights, Hunters, or anything tougher (includes other enemy vehicles).
  • If you see a teammate in a Scorpion, Wraith, or Warthog, don’t hesitate to ride with them! Use the gunner seat, as it helps both you and your teammate(s).
  • Lastly… Silver Packs should only be bought until you start to get REQ Point refunds from those, after which you can start getting the Gold Packs.

First tip, don’t play Mythic for now - just play the regular firefight one.
Other than that, make sure you aren’t running around in the open, learn what the waves are like, and never take on a vehicle on foot unless you have the appropriate req weapon to counter it.

And listen to what @Frederic_104377 said about only buying/opening silver packs for now.
