I bought both the first week I got them the next NOTHING. What can I do ? Who do I contact? This is ridiculous
Wait a while longer as there seems to be a delay with people receiving REQ packs in their unopened section at the moment. Several threads I’ve seen have said there packs appeared a few days or a week later.
If you still don’t get the packs after a week, then consider contacting Xbox Support as they might be able to arrange a refund.
