Destiny never had a good destiny, It could never compete, the sales prove it.

> I truly wanted to like Destiny! I just couldn’t, for a laundry list of reasons. Too bad, there was room in my life for Halo and Destiny.
Its because the story line for destiny gives us all nightmares
Destiny was an excellent game, and i will surely play it again after a bit of time on Halo, but Halo’s multiplayer is far better than Destiny’s, and that why I would prefer Halo.
Halo wins hands down

I play Destiny a fair bit still, have a great group of people i play with; but I’m expecting Halo to take my focus away from it though.
I have really enjoyed Destiny and i may enjoy it still. It all depends on my impressions of Halo 5. Halo is my bread and butter, it was my first multiplayer game and i loved it. As the games progressed i enjoyed them even more and Halo 4 multiplayer was immense. Destiny is epic despite the bull that Bungie and Activision have pulled. I am disgusted at their business model and the way they treat their fans but they did make a good game which im yet to feel like i have fully finished so it very much depends on whether Halo 5 can wow me as much as every other Halo game has. I am apprehensive about the req packs and this move towards micro transactions. With all the crap that Bungie have pulled im very nervous about all games being brought out at the moment and im terrified at the thought of the Halo name being ruined.
Destiny has had an abundance of improvements post-Taken King (some minor issues but overall much richer and fun experience than Vanilla).
Halo campaign is a massive focus for me (big lore nerd).
However the multiplayer is the biggest difference, as Destiny PVP is fun but feels very limited. Even with the variety of guns and maps, gametypes often play the same way each time, and there is always a handful of guns players gravitate towards. The element of supers always means a one-hit kill is often around the corner, with mostly luck coming into play as to whether you can stop a super or not.
The well-balanced arena experience and large-scale Warzone appeals to me over anything Destiny has PVP-wise at the moment.
I wipould rather play halo any day than destiny
Halo all the way.
I would rather play halo because I like the halo and it has a cool story
whats destiny?
Way of topic but do the fotus, vanator, and strider helms drop randomly from REQ packs

A different game that bungie made

Very true
Can anyone genuinely defend Destony and Bungie anymore?
Halo 5 wins.
I’m a Destiny player and the only thing that I hate most about is their stupid error codes relating to their connections. Every disconnection from the game will comes out with a ridiculous code and Bungie will just point the finger at us saying it is our connection fault and to go to this link to do our network settings blah blah blah…
They just would not want to admit that the connection problem lies on their side…
Now that Halo 5 is launching, I can say… BYE BYE DESTINY… BYE BYE BUNGIE…
Halo always and forever. I am interested in seeing how often they update Halo 5 with new material though. I think I’d prefer larger things like maps, and gameplay every couple of moths rather than small things like skins or armor every couple of weeks. Somthing like spartan ops would be pretty cool too.
Destiny, the taken wallet, was the most story the game has had, ever. Halo has plenty of story, but the game itself isn’t totally shrouded in mystery, you know your objectives. Destiny just has you killing enemies because they seem hostile? Or are they not? Wait, what? Plus, you have to play 40$ CAD (Now 60) for additional story. Riperino in pepperoni’s for me and that game. Halo 5, on the other hand, looking freaking sweet, and the most excited for a halo game since halo 2.
