Halo because of it’s story
to be honest i grew up around halo and sci-fi -Yoink- as such so i pick halo
A mi parecer halo sobrepaso mis expectativas completamente, compre destiny su edición limitada lo jugue meses y meses pero llego un punto en el que la formula de destiny me aburrió su argumento de campaña era muy basico muy llano y areciera que para contarnos la historia de como fueron creados los guardianes o las guerras que hubieron tubieran que ser parte de algun DLC, halo por otra parte lleva casi 14 años con nosotros es como el vino cada año sabe mejor.
Halo and Destiny are two different things and to be completely honest with you, shouldn’t be compared at all. Nonetheless, I personally believe Halo is better in terms of story telling because there was an actual narrative rather than information slapped on some cards on a website.
I dont understand why you ask something like this in a Halo Forum. Of course everyone here will say that Halo is better.

I’m a halo player since birth, and I love destiny I really do but like every mmo you need to grind and for some people That’s a great game but you don’t need to, and I love halo so much but halo you don’t need to grind and grind like I can just jump into a game and have a fair chance to win but with destiny everyone’s got different stuff and yeah that’s cool but like that means bungies gonna need to nerf this and nerf that and they do, eh idk I love both ahah
Halo, not only because I am a loyal fan of halo, it’s just I find it more enjoyable and destiny I tried a few times to get back into it but couldn’t whereas halo I could easily get back into it because it’s just more fun, I find halos multiplayer better to because they don’t have op weapons every single multiplayer match like they do in destiny, I know I probably sound bias but that’s just my opinion, but I still have respect for bungie because they are the ones who made halo and have created a game that will leave a legacy, and I know they’ll make a game that will be better then destiny and live up to its expectations
I truly wanted to like Destiny! I just couldn’t, for a laundry list of reasons. Too bad, there was room in my life for Halo and Destiny.
Destiny has alot of COD players, halo, not so much.
No doubt about it, Halo all the way.
The game play is more fun, more competitive, and destiny has a pretty bad story-line with the exception of taken king. Also, not enough cut-scenes in destiny. If there was better story telling in destiny, maybe, but halo is a time tested gaming classic. Enough said.
When it comes to Halo and Destiny they have a completely different layout. I’m a massive Halo fan and thought because Bungie made Halo, Destiny would be just as amazing.
Halo has created an amazing story with a massive universe along side it. Destiny’s story is lacking. Both have great game play but Destiny was created to have a clan following rather than Halo that you could enjoy without one. Most missions in Destiny you need a fire team to complete which is not the same as in Halo. So I personally prefer Halo but if you like a game where you can shoot stuff as well Destiny is a good game too and if you have a team you always play with, that helps in Destiny.
im at the point now where i can put destiny down for a whiile and play all the new games that are coming out but sa soon as destiny has new content or another timegate is released im back again
Well considering 29.6% Destiny is actually enjoyable, and the fact I’ve been playing Halo for over 10 years and still find it fun. I think the answers pretty obvious.
This is a no brainer question in my opinion, Halo 5 Guardians of course! It’s leagues ahead of Destiny in many, many aspects! Besides, Destiny is trying to be a Mass Effect rip-off in my opinion which they’re not even close lol.
Well it would be a tie for me because they are both enjoyable games. even though destiny has a lack of content it still has its ups like the raids, the social spaces and ext.
But when halo 5 come out in 2 days. im takin a break from destiny to do some stuff
I don’t really consider them in the same ballpark. There are times where Destiny is the game to play, but there are times when Halo will scratch my itch to play. I played a ton of The Taken King but since I don’t know enough people who raid, I’ve reached my limit going solo.
