I have contacted xbox one support, and i have tried all their troubleshooting techniques, they were very cooperative. Yet my problem persists. I can’t play a single halo 5 match without lagging, freezing up, and then disconnecting. I even disconnect from an empty custom games! I have yet to play more than 5 matches fully. Anyone i know who has the game plays it perfectly fine, but when i play it kicks me out and lags tremendously. I just got my xbox, its the special edition halo 5: guardians xbox one, and the game is digital. I’m not sure if that has anything to do with my situation, but maybe it may help narrow it down. I have played my other games as well i don’t run into any problems maybe a bit of rubberbanding here and there, but Halo 5 seems to be the one game i can’t play at all.
