Elephant in the Room
Can someone please explain to me why Halo 5 suffers serious interface issues, crashes and other UI problems?
I recently logged on Halo Wars 2 to find that the game has updated. MCC has had constant updates including the season’s which add new Skins to old games.
I’m not asking for developer made content like DLC maps or new Armor/Skins. I just want to be able to play Halo 5 without my game freezing. I’m playing on an Xbox One X. My console isn’t the issue.
I agree. I’ve been playing the game since launch and still to this day, I get the infamous “retrieving data” message constantly. The UI is definitely super buggy and sluggish.

Retrieving data is more of a server side issue to be fair. Shouldn’t be happening but eh it usually fixes itself after a moment or a match.
The crashes on the other hand, mannn I’d love for that to get fixed. Happens way too often. It’s almost as if you touch the UI too soon after finishing a match and the game just self destructs.
I been fortunate to not have issues knock on wood. I have issues with mcc freezing but Halo 5 had been stable so far

I thought my Xbox one was the problem but now i see im not the only one, i dont think they’ve plans for that problem because the freezing screen has been at least for 4 years
