Just got back on my Xbox and noticed that Halo 5 was updating. At that time it states the update is at 11,000% complete and continues to rise. The update is now saying it is around 16,000% complete and is not stopping. Has anyone else had this issue? And if so what are the solutions, or does this eventually just stop and I can play again?

I have exactly the same problem.My update was going past the 1 000% mark,which was already weird enough but I let it finish and when i returned it was going past 36,000% ? So if there is anyone with a fix to this it would really be appreciated.
If it goes past 100%, there’s probably an issue somewhere. I would stop it, delete the installation, restart your box and give it another try.
Same problem with me… 250% already… anyone knows how to fix?
Okay,this is how i got my Halo to work again.I simply stopped the installation then I uninstalled it,luckily I had the disk so I could install it from there,then it told me that there was an 14.9GB update after it installed from the disk,I updated it and it worked fine again…
I would contact Xbox support about this issues, not 343, I’d say its probably on that end where the problem is and who can put in the fix.
Just let it download and it will finish. However; do notice that it will be downloading the whole game with the updates. Mine finished at almost 48000%. Best guess let it finish.
