Halo 5 trailers misleading?

So all the hunt the truth trailers showing the huge war torn cities got me all hyped up hoping I’d actually get to play missions that took place in that city, hell even the cover of the game shows that city in the back of it, but why do we never get to play any campaign missions that take place there? Also the whole poncho thing Chief wore in the trailers, where was it?

haven’t played halo 5 yet but I heard the big chief vs locke was a let down

Yeah there wasn’t much going on with it.

Well I take that with a grain of salt since halo 3 did basically the same thing with its advertising campaign.

I was pretty upset about the trailers compared to the campaign. I was expecting more of a chase between Locke and the Chief. And I felt the ending of the campaign was very anti-climatic compared to all the trailers that were released. In all honesty I was fairly disappointed with how Halo 5 turned out. But even then I’m still a huge Halo fan, just saying.

When is a game trailer not misleading in some way?

I was under the impression

“The Hunt” would be more aggressive, the fight between Chief and Locke would be more intense and last longer, we would literally be sneaking around like ODST was (the game was supposed to be the darkest halo yet, and it wasn’t) as well we barely even played as Chief! I was let down, though it was still fun and now am going through on Legendary.
