ESRB doesn’t change a Rating after a game has been out for more than a few months. And Forge wouldn’t be rated M regardless, and since the Custom Game feature will be the only other thing on Windows 10 when it releases, it’s 100% not a Campaign thing. It is probably just a typo, as you suggested.
