Halo 5 Time Warner Issues

ok. its been 8 months of non stop lag spikes for Halo 5: There was a Forum on Time Warner Cable Customer support here: http://forums.timewarnercable.com/t5/Connectivity/Halo-5-Issues/td-p/90964

I have bought a new Router,Modem, Ethernet cables and even had Time Warner Cable reset my connection multiple times. I am hard wired and the constant lag spikes have not gone away… right now Halo 5 is unplayable…I have not gotten any response from 343 Support on the matter… Please help me… I have invested over $500+ in new equipment.

This has gone on long enough please fix the Time warner cable servers/343 servers to Time Warner cable customers.

Ive read on other forums about this problem. But its not just them having it. If you have done all the basic stuff like being wired and making sure your Nat is set to Open… Try to open the required ports in your router to see if that helps. Port Forwarding. The two major cable ISP are the ones having this trouble TWC and Charter Spectrum. Im not sure you will hear much from 343i on here for much support. We are kind of on our own here. :-/

The main problem is with those two isp is that they treat Halo 5 traffic like it is peer to peer traffic (pirating). So the only help will come if your provider recodes.
