Hey everyone, I am IFalkenauge and I have just got back on Halo 5 since 2 months and it seems like nothing has changed.
To be fair, the aiming has improved and the ability to change the dead zones is great. But other than that, I just don’t get it why 343i just won’t be uploading Social Playlists as well as classic playlists like Team Snipers, Double Team and Team Skirmish (including CTF, Bomb, Oddball etc.). I have just read a news feed from Nov 21 in which Josh Holmes says it is not that easy to create playlists etc. 343i, you can’t be serious, It has been 2 months and the only social playlist online is BTB (but still not offering other game types than Slayer, Strongholds and CTF).
Also, I get why customers like forge but 343i keep uploading only forge maps themselves. Am I the only one to think that all of those forge maps just look terribly boring and kind of all alike? When you look at all Halo 2 and 3 the variety of the maps was incredible even at launch.
In Addition, I really enjoyed the REQ Pack system of COD AW but I don’t like Halo 5’s at all. All of the armory just look the same. The weapon skins are nice but I have been playing over 50 hours matchmaking in total and still got only 2 weapon skins. I am kind of missing the addiction which forces me to keep playing in order to get new unlockable items.
At last, the level system just don’t make any sense at all. What’s the point of a level number when first: there seems to be no end and second: the leveling up seem to be an exponential function and at some point you just can’t go any higher? Please help me when you have any answers! 
Concluding, my questions to all Halo fans:
- Don’t you miss playlists like Doubles, Snipers and Skirmish? Additionally social playlists?
- Don’t you miss the original look of Halo maps like the ones from H2 and H3?
Since I haven’t been hearing news, comments or anything from 343 related to those topics I would like to hear your opinions.
