my theory pretty much goes like this: Halo 5 will end with Locke and chief coming to some sort of agreement and fireteam osiris will also go AWOL which will cause ONI to create a new Spartan black team of Spartan VIs all the while Locke and chief on separate missions will hunt down Jul and a new gravemind. I feel like this might be the case because Locke isn’t evil by any means and escalation has already shown the flood on the spirit of fire so that makes me think oh there must be a new gravemind and Jul still has the janus key so he should also be a target. Locke hints Jul cuz that seems to be a Spartan VI thing and chief fights the gravemind because he has already done it before.
