I got an awesome killtrocity in with a blaze of Glory. I’m trying to record it to share with my buddies, but theater glitches up so much it lags to another person or registers me shooting teammate, not an enemy. Any way to fix it? 
There isn’t any known way to fix it. I bookmarked your game on Darkstar to try to record it myself and send it to you, but it keeps showing the enemy team as your team and right when you get the blaze the perspective immediately switches to another player. Unfortunately I don’t think you’re going to be able to get the footage of this one.
Unfortunately if you didn’t use the Xbox record that feature thing more likely you will never get it… Next time double tap the home button and hit x. You can adjust how much that records in your settings and then you can use an app like upload studio to edit it.

You’re really kind! Thank you for trying! I actually went away for 2 hours to do something else and came back to try again. I got the important part of the clip to record this time. Thanks though! A little embarrassed now as well because you got to see my rookie mistakes lol.

I get really heated in games and completely forgot about that. Next time I’ll do that an save me a headache! Thanks!

No worries. I spent the majority of the time fast-forwarding to get to the right spot.

Yeah I learned my lesson like you did. I missed what would have been one of the most funny clips because of their glitched out theater. 343 never even mentions it so I am pretty sure it’s not even on the list to fix.

This is a known issue right now that followed on from the UGC problems a short time ago. Theatre was intentionally kept offline for a few extra days. You can follow the pinned thread to keep up to date, or keep an eye out on the Halo twitter account

As an unfortunate side effect of the outage that occurred May 25 at 4PM PT, Films from matches played this weekend were not recorded. However starting earlier yesterday afternoon, Films have begun saving again, although they will not be made available until functionality is fully restored. Additionally, we are looking to return access to Films & Bookmarked Films from before the incident, but need to make sure tests go smoothly before moving forward. We’ll continue to provide updates as the team works to bring everything back online.
