Halo 5 theater mode is not showing me any of my games from Feb6th to Feb20th. I played for hours every day between that and on the day I played those games, they would should up, however after that they are not showing up. Also, the dates on my matches are all messed up.
I have tried deleting my profile and re-adding it again, clearing any extra cache that might have been corrupting the data ( I have a digital copy), and I tried all the solutions from the MicroSoft Support Member.
I tried contacting 343, but no luck as usual. I even talked to Microsoft support and they submitted a personal request on my behalf to 343 but still no response. I posted two messages already on here and even tweeted them but no luck. THIS IS A MAJOR ISSUE SINCE ALL MY MATCHES JUST DISAPPEARED AND NO ONE HAS OFFERED SUPPORT. Theater is showing some content from december and november of last year and some of my matches up until Feb6th. Then it skips forward to Feb20th, acting like nothing is there. I watch my matches on the day that I played them so I know they are supposed to be there but are currently not. I JUST WANT TO TALK TO SOMEONE FROM 343 AND GET THIS SOLVED. IT IS SHOCKING TO ME ON THE LACK OF SUPPORT.
