I’m pretty certain all most of us want is acknowledgement that you are looking into it and are trying to get it fixed. I like many other people on here have been having issues for quite some time with no response and seemingly no concern for people that paid their hard earned cash to play a game that when it works is great. I feel that if you at least let us know that you’re trying to fix the problem there wont be 400 “hey I’m lagging and walking into walls” posts. Please. I do not think it is too much to ask as a loyal customer that has purchased and played (for thousands of hours) each and every one of your games.
There is a possible solution that has worked flawlessly, don’t join a party/chat. U can join a fireteam still, but I was having crippling lag in every mode of the game. Once I tried it without joining a party and just called my friend on our phones not a glimpse of lag. Hope this works I have twc and live in Rochester NY

I agree with this, I have to warner and have only been able to successfully complete ONE game, I was booted off about 7 others. I am very disappointed in what appears to be a lack of interest from 343i or even a simple acknowledgement to this.
