Every time I logged onto Halo 5, it said “Syncing Error” and I cannot play multiplayer, custom games or forge

Hey a1ex51mc.
There are currently on-going issues with the Xbox Live service, resulting in some Halo 5 services not performing correctly.
If a hard reset of your Xbox One doesn’t fix the issue, I’m afraid you’ll have to wait until Xbox Live is back up and running.
Keep an eye out on support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status for more information.
Is this what is affecting all of my req cards, rank, customizing weapons, helmet etc…from not being visible!!!

It’s becoming more of a common issue, not sure why lately these past few weeks H5 has been having these on, off sync issue. It’s reasons like this why I hate 343i’s decision to make nearly everything dedicated mainly to online since it clearly breaks most of the game every time Xbox Live have any kind of issues for online. This year seems like H5’s servers have been getting worse, it wasn’t this bad last year. It’s like custom games, split-screen, forge should have been ready for whenever the servers have problems but instead the only thing that is playable is campaign in single player only.
Thanks for the replies. It seems to be up and running again after 30 minutes of not doing anything. Hopefully this won’t happen again

when something is wrong always go and look xbox live status
This week it has been pretty bad for me I can hardly play at all.
