A friend of mine has been having a profile sync error issue for about a month and a half now. It works every now and then when he goes to clear his cache but most of the time he has to do it multiple times before it will work. If anybody knows how to fix this issue I would be glad to relay the information to him so that he can enjoy halo playing halo again.
Try one of the following options:
- A hard reset of the Xbox (hold down the power button and wait for the fan to go silent) - Clearing the console’s MAC address in Advanced Network settings - Restarting your internet router by holding down the reset button / unplugging it for 30 seconds
All three have been tried but doesn’t work after several tries and when it does work and he gets on again later the issue comes back and the issue starts all over rendering the game pretty much impossible to play.
