Hello Halo 5 support people, (hopefully they’re reading this…)
There has been a problem I just noticed a few days ago.
I was playing an arena game, and I’ll admit, I quit the game, because I was playing terrible.
After I left though, I entered a new game. After THAT game finished, though, I noticed there was a ban on my account. For a few minutes, so I shrugged it off. Maybe it was because of the arena game I had left before.
After that ban, though, I got another one. And then another one. Even though I hadn’t been leaving any games. In fact, I wasn’t playing Arena or anything like that. I was on custom games. Also, my KDA was dropping like flies. From 8.2 KDA, to 3.2 or something like that.
Now that I have a 24 hour ban, I think it’s safe to say that somehow, the server kept my profile on the server. Sounds crazy, I know, but that was the only logical explanation I could conjure.
I love Halo 5, but I can’t have this happening to my account. ESPECIALLY MY KDA. I’m a stats guy :). I sincerely hope that Halo actually reads this and takes the time to try to solve my problems.
