The real halo fans what do you think of the campaign? there were things i liked and disliked like locke being the main character i can see why he is in this game but please 343 dont faze out master chief cause that is what it felt like. The whole campaign felt like i was playing spec ops which i wasn’t a fan of in halo 4.I also feel like master chief has become a spartan now and no longer THE spartan. I can understand why the story was set out the way we played just please halo 6 make master chief number 1 again i don’t care much for locke and his crew at all. What is happening to cortana is interesting i do hope she comes to her senses and rejoins chief wouldn’t be the same without her .I just don’t want halo to turn into another bad memory like the original ending to mass effect 3 .As for multiplayer i don’t have any complaints i enjoy its fun modes for all ppl to enjoy. What is every1 elses thoughts about this ? do u prefer locke to master chief do you think they will replace the chief with him ?

Yeah, I was super irritated that they advertised the campaign to be more evenly split but Chief and Blue team were hardly in it at all. I disliked having to play as Lock for so many of the missions. Lock’s okay but he isn’t that interesting. Buck was the most interesting person, and it hardly made up for not getting any Chief. I felt the story was good conceptually, but I feel 343 just isn’t that good at delivering a story. Because I felt the same way with the Halo 4 story. The campaign missions themselves are so, so. There are no Scarabs or truly epic scale battles. There’s one with a Kraken but you kinda just clear a landing area and land on it. It’s not too tough at all. I really hope that they don’t replace chief, Lock’s team is sooo boring… And common. Chief. This was supposed to be an installment in the Master Chief Saga but clearly it has little to do with him. I don’t know. I was pretty disappointed but I found it to be much better than Halo 4 at least, in story telling, delivery, and overall levels in general. I was also happy they balanced Prometheans and fixed them up. They better not replace chief though…
