Hey guys, just wanted to share an issue that I just had with the REQ system.
So I went to buy a silver pack (with in game points) and when it was about to open I received an error message. “REQ pack could not be opened at this time” or something like that. The problem is, the game charged me the 5000 points anyways. Now I’m 5000 points short with nothing to show for it!
5000 isn’t a big deal and I can make it back in 30 minutes, it would just be nice to know if something can be done to redeem my stolen pack.

If you search through all your inventory you should be able to see what you have unlocked. REQ are acting weird lately, but you 5k points has probably not vanished.

It’s there, well opened. It’ll be like finding money you didn’t know you had in your couch when you need it.

I checked and did not find anything. I’ll try restarting the game.
EDIT: Restarted. Nothing new.
To be clear, I would know right away if I recieved anything new. Since I sell all of the Warzone related REQs, I would see everything I got in my collection. As they would be the only items there.

The REQ system has been slow lately you might give it 10-15 mins. If not then you probably need to go to the more technical side of the forums
You’re right, I should have posted this in the H5:G Support forum. Oh well. That’s what happens when you make panic-y shotgun decisions.

Started the game back up and found the silver pack sitting pretty waiting to be opened. I don’t know if this was the game’s automated system or if one of the “higher-ups” had to inject it into my account. But thanks anyways! I’m happy to see the problem was resolved!
