You have to reach Spartan Rank 152 in Halo 5: Guardians. This is a number which increases as you play, similar to how Cr affected your rank in Halo: Reach. Once you reach SR 150, you’re about halfway there, because the time needed to increase your level increases exponentially as the levels go up, and get extreme right at the end. I’ve seen estimates online that it takes about 1600 hours of play.

The reward is also not a set of armor, it’s a coating for your armor and your weapons.

It’s a brutal achievement. Kudos to anyone even close.

It’s pretty self explanatory lol. Reaching 152 in Halo 5. Which Is damn near impossible if you aren’t already there.

As others have pointed out H5 150 is halfway there. For context, that means you have about 24,000,000 XP and 26,000,000 to go. Which will see you spending about 12-14 hours a day if you play WZFF full rounds no boosts. Looking more like impossible if you try to do it with arena.

good lord … well then suppose I’ll just go do something else… thx for the replies guys/girls

I had to sell my soul to the devil to get to 152

I got to 146 about 2 years ago and regretfully stopped playing H5 for a long time. Apparently I’m not even half way done which sucks but if I woulda stuck to it I would be 152 a long time ago.

Right? I’m a lot closer to hitting the 50 million mark in MCC than I am in H5

Yeah I made that realization too. I’ve been playing off and on for years and felt pretty good about being at 140ish. Thought it was just a quick sprint. Nope it’s ridiculously endloaded.

Fear not however! If you were looking for something to do before Infinite for some potential rewards I have the below information. Unfortunately there is no information on what we can do and what we will earn yet.

June’s Inside Infinite mentioned the following:

> Out of the gate players can get starting gear and get rewards from the free Battle Pass track, the paid Battle Pass track, challenges, skill rewards, event reward tracks, legacy rewards (H5’s SR 152, for example),

Additionally, in June 2019 Ske7ch made the following comment over on reddit:

> This has been mentioned before, but just to reiterate - the grind to 152 is very intensive and time consuming. Real talk that there’s no way that whatever the team ends up offering as a token in Halo Infinite will truly equate to the amount of investment needed to get there. While we do still want to recognize players who have reached max level in Halo 5, the team is also looking at other criteria and ways to also acknowledge activity and tenure in other titles and milestones (MCC, etc…).
