The game should be played to the best of our own ability. Not the controller or game mechanics. Halo5 needs a balance motion board to create a wider skill gap. Players will be able to sprint without a meter bar as much as they are able to do so. Crouching will be for more experienced fit players and this will demote camping. This will also fight obesity.
Players with no legs or no motion board will be forced to use the controller. However, they will also be penalized with a sprint meter bar and crouch bar. And move at a slightly slower speed overall.

I see where that could promote personal fitness, but i dont think it will really fit in with halo game play. you would get really tired after running across maps as big as highlands or hemorrhage, and that is defeating the purpose of most videos games, witch is being lazy and relaxing. If this happened, some people would buy it, get too tired, and either switch to a normal controller or stop playing overall. that, and you wouldn’t be able to jump that high if you use the motion sensing pad, and halo involves very high jumping.

Sounds like someone needs to start Olympic high jump practice. Earn your jump.

Maybe just buying a Paintball gun and some pads would be better. Then there’s water guns, water balloons, and water hoses. The original golden triangle.
> Well SOMEBODY doesn’t like fat people or people in wheelchairs, apparently.
I can tolerate them. The few negative effects with the controller won’t punish them too severely. But players who are fit will be able to noticeably stand out in whatever progressive system the future Halo titles hold.
I could see more players using the controller in Campaign or in Social games.
343i or probably Microsoft needs to revolutionize a motion board specifically for Halo. Make it where you don’t have to jump too high to have your spartan respond. Make it where you don’t have to run too fast and have a limit. But also make it cheater free.
yes because a starting linebacker that went to state for his high school is fat,
instead of trying to portray me personally why don’t you do something useful this is a stupid idea anyone with enough intelligence would know it would be unpopular and would not have nearly as much sales nor would it be fun.
Lets let Halo 4 come out before even thinking about Halo 5… and also, this is the wrong forum for this. This belongs in the Halo 5 forum, which won’t exist for a couple of years…

Indeed.
It’s a shame he/she came in here bashing my post just because of their weight issues. They could still have fun. And other people will get more active they chose to play a lot.

You fat too?
A simple yay or nay would have worked. It’s okay. Don’t bash the thread. I don’t bash yours.
No… and im not attack your thread, im just saying, you’re thinking too far ahead. As far as kinect with Halo, I just don’t like the idea. Not everyone has the space to behave like a Spartan. Nor would I want to, if I want to be physical, I’ll go work out. I just don’t like the idea.
No need to attack people on an individual level because I don’t like your idea.
Lmao trust me im not fat at all im pointing out how much of a bad idea this is anyone would know the game would drop in sales and become less fun people dont buy these kinds of video games to get fit if you want to play a game like that then play a sport like i do and stop trying to portray what others look like on a forum.
