Without Day 1 Patch, the game is probably useless.

That would be a very well-done forgery if it was indeed fake. I doubt it. The game launches in 2 weeks and some stores will always get games a few weeks before launch because it order to guarantee that all stores around the world have the game on launch day, the distribution system will start sending them out well in advance.
And just like that, I decided to go dark.
