I know halo 5 didnt have splitcreen at the start. Has that changed since the game has been out or no?
As far as I know it’s still not there. Sorry.
I’m like 99.9999999% positive it won’t be a thing ever. It would be pretty dope though if that small percentage was right and it happened.

No, and I wish it did.

Yea at this point H5 is pretty much abandoned. If they were gonna add it they would have done so earlier.

I would think so too, but I suppose nothing is ever off the table. They could re-release Halo 5 sometime in the future with that possibility.
wish it did, but they said no that it was to late to redue the coding

Nope… still need 2 xboxes, two games, and 2 xbox lives… easy for them to make money, but after playing this way for over a year now… I actually like it and it makes playing MP a lot easier than with splitscreen…

It has not. I don’t think it will ever be a thing unfortunately.

Yes and No
Yes, you need two Xbox’s and two TVs.
No, you do NOT need two games or two Xbox lives.
Here’s how:
I have two Xbox’s and two TVs, one each for me and one for my son. I go into settings and I set HIS Xbox as my home. Then I play on my Xbox. This enables you to have only ONE Xbox live account. Now, anytime you purchase any digital games, I do it on MY Xbox. Then my son goes into my profile on HIS Xbox and downloads the game. Now he can play any DIGITAL game I own.
If anyone needs further information just let me know and I’ll post additional info. Believe me, I paid for two Xbox live accounts and two games each for way too long before I learned about this. When I did learn about this I was both happy and pissed. I wasted soo much money on unnecessary accounts and games!

I knew by commenting in this thread someone was bring this up… unfortunately, I’ve had this conversation several times with several friends, and while yes… I’m constantly told about this… through the course of figuring this out, it doesn’t work for my wife and I… for several reasons, none of which I can remember right now… but trust me… I’ve talked this over with game nerds that know much more than I… and have found that this won’t work for us… but hey… if it works for other people… great, more power to em… I wish them the best…

Check your DMs. If you want help with this, I know people who understand this very well and were able to walk me through it. No one should pay for two accounts instead of one.

I did… and I don’t need help with this and as I said earlier, I know people who understand this very well too (hence I said “it doesn’t work for me and my wife”)… We already have a set up for this… and it works fine just fine…
I’m not going to argue with anyone about this… the purpose of this thread was to find out whether or not 343 fixed it and made it split screen… I answered his question and added my two cents. I didn’t come in here to argue the right or way to do it… at this point… I’m done with this thread… it is what it is and I’m happy with it… so carry on spartans…
Ok. Didn’t mean to ruffle your feathers.
If anyone else Is interested in learning how to do this, plz dm me. I’m happy to share information with anyone who wants it.
No… and I don’t think they will try to introduce it
