Question, did you already unlock the (default) Scorpion Cert, (default) Sniper Rifle Cert, and the regular DMR? Because that would solve your problem here.
You’re already level 74, if you don’t have the scorpion, sniper rifle, or rocket launcher certs by now then something’s wrong lol. I can understand if you don’t have the DMR since that seems to be one of the last things most people unlock in silvers.

I think you got a good deal man, River of light is way better than a DMR.
Is it even worth it though you spend 13 dollars for the pack and I already have 3 of things in the pack.
(Scorpion cert, Sniper cert and rocket launcher cert)

If you already had the Scorpion, Sniper Rifle and DMR certifications you cannot get them again which is why it gave you some different things.
Please confirm if you already have the following certifications unlocked:
Scorpion (Basic version)
Sniper Rifle (Basic version)
Dmr (Basic version)
I read a post by someone who bought it when they already had everything unlocked so they just got req point refund cards.

I’m guessing it gives you other random unlocks if you already have the ones it guarantees. I’m guessing you were hoping to get upgraded versions of the DMR, Sniper and Scorpion.
Also, in my earlier post when I said the other person got the req point refund cards, that was because they had everything else in the game unlocked I think.

Yeah man, i only need hanibal scorpion got everything else of the scorpions so i tought i would get it

I’ve just checked the description again and it says:

You need to unlock the lower rarity items before getting more ultra rare and legendary REQS because if you got all the common, uncommon and rare REQS you get the higher chance of unlocking the ultra rare and legendary REQS.

It doesn’t guarantee different types of Scorpions, Snipers, DMRs, it guarantees the basic Scorpion cert, Sniper cert, and DMR for those who don’t have them. If the way you envisioned it to work we would see a drastic increase of Nornfangs, and Hannibal Scorpions in Warzone, would that be fun?
