So I’m on the second mission as of now, and by the first mission i figured out the ai was bad but oh my god the second mission is just a pain that i literally quit and made a post about. This ai is horrible, they never help all they will do is force you to run around picking them up.
So if you want to play on legendary be warned that its not the enemies that are making it hard its you’re teammates.
Spartan ai is potato.
they are mashed potato that has gotten pooped on by a horse.
“Oh lets go heal that teammate that’s right in the middle of 3 knights and not even try to shoot the enemies, seems like a plan!”
I noticed issues with Ai where I’d be down and the team just stands around not moving. I still managed to beat 2 missions on legendary solo, but I agree it’s hell with the Ai. It does however help to give them attack orders often. Use it, use it to death.
People want to play like it was in the past with them basically being alone. The spartan ai is just there. They can actually fight even on legendary but no where near as effective as a player can. Theyre not a crutch and not a hindrance.
Theyre patatos for a reason.
The only major complaint I have right now is this. I’m playing on Legendary and as soon as I go down I admit defeat because they are just so stupid.

I agree they F’D me and my friend over somewhat today on legendary. Also if anyone wants to join us we are mid way through mission two and their is room for two more.

they are most certain a hindrance. The AI is stupid and spend most of my time trying to pick them up or sending others in my team to pick them up. waste of time and they are slowing me down. I’m going for the lone wolf achievement so I have to beat it by myself. sight.
The AI “ARE” worthless. They don’t do anything. I even let them shoot at an objective and it took them 15+ seconds before the first she’ll came out of their guns. They’re just good for distractions. That’s it.
