Try checking the voice-over volume in the game’s settings. If they’re enabled but you’re not hearing anything at all, turn it off then turn it back on.

I already tried that and it did not work

Hello im having the same problem here. Ive tried everything. The dialogue voices from the first level before saving the doctor dont workr. The dialogue voices are gone i can see the doctor and an Elite leader talk but no voices. Level 2 completely no voices no teamntalk nothing

I laso have that problem, I have disc version and no voice in campagn after update 11/8 but if i install game frome gamepas, there are voices on game, but in disc version not.

Hey guys, I found this thread through Google and it came up as a top result, so I thought I’d post my solution here to this problem.

I was playing with my friend who has Halo 5 on a disc and I have Halo 5 digitally, I could hear sound and he couldn’t (cinematics were working on his console though)

I plugged in my Xbox headset to the controller on his console and it worked perfectly, sound coming out both the headphones and the TV.

Thought if anyone saw this it was a relatively simple work around.

Mine has this issue with disc version too, and I was thinking about trying using the game pass before it expires. Does inserting the disc allow to play the downloaded game?

I have the same problem… I already reinstalled it and checked my sound settings; they are set to HDMI uncompressed.
Is there really no fix that works!? This problem is just rediculous!

Can 343 please come up with a fix I’m kind of sick of playing halo with no dialogue, I’ve tried literally everything online and on here, I play warzone consistently and I get annoyed without palmers directions :joy:
