Halo 5 Solution To make split screen possible/idea

Did you XBOX One players saw the new Crackdown Game that was demonstrated of showing real-time physics? It was able to perform at 60 fps 1080p as there were dedicated servers that would calculate the real-time physics of the destruction of objects as there are lots of particles and objects that would crumble during a building’s destruction while keeping the performance stable. Why not do the same for Halo 5 to make Split Screen Possible? Why not in split screen use the dedicated servers for Halo 5 host a GPU and a CPU processor to allocate Graphics processing and CPU processing to allow stable performance during split screen gaming. The only downside could be that players that have a low data rate internet or low signal connection or not have XBOX Live would not work for them as they do not meet the requirements. I think this solution would actually work as many other devices such as Nvidia Shield utilizes Dedicated servers that can process games at high fidelity and performance and stream to the shield through the internet. So this is my solution for Halo 5 Split-screen to be possible. I hope 343 would see this idea a take note of it and would hopefully split-screen would be in Halo 5.
Thruster Jump
The other Idea I have in mind is Thruster Jump(I have mention this idea in another post but this is revisiting) If Spartans can ground pound why not vice versa of jumping-upwards at a high speed for mobility and to gain area at certain heights.
How to activate?
-To activate you would hold the jump button and it will activate after 500ms.
How does it work?
-Once Activated it would double your jump height and the speed of forward movement depends on your current movement speed and ascending speed will be fast as when you are thrusting
-The angle of ascent is short so you aren’t able to gap distances with this ability.
-The cost will be spending of your normal thruster pack to balance use.
Why do you want it in Halo5?
-This would give more dynamic mobility to players.
-This ability will be very useful for many maps as they have certain heights and platforms.
Argument.
-This wouldn’t break the game as the ability is balance by being bound to thruster pack use and your jump height is increased by two there are many platforms in maps that have heights even though they are designed for normal jump height it wouldn’t have a game breaking difference as the only advantage is to gain ground over heights such as getting on bases on Apex 7 and to get on certain platforms such as Plaza. I think in general this would be good ability for the gameplay and it fits aesthetically(Spartans suits have a resemblance of a jet pack on their suit from their back).

The solution would be to add it to Halo 6, Halo 5 has its physics tied to the framerate, and if it drops then the game craps out. Sadly I don’t belive that there is a solution, otherwise they would have thought of it and done it.

Don’t know how much it would help, but they could drop the resolution cap to 720p for split screen.

Or they can say that they cant do anything even tho they can because they rather begin working on Halo 6 and get easy money via REQ’s than commiting a team, time, and MONEY into developing the feature for Halo 5 which should have included it to begin with.
