I think the Halo 5 Sniper is hideous, it is just so big and clunky. My personal favorite would be the Halo 3, Halo Reach, and Halo 2 Anniversary sniper. The Halo 4 sniper was horrendous and all they did was copy and paste that one into Halo 5. What is your opinion on the Halo 5 Sniper? And what would you prefer?
No, it’s perfectly fine. They tweaked it a bit because of people who complained it was bulky, they fixed it.

What?!?! What exactly did they fix? Did you watch the invitationals? It is still ugly and takes up the whole screen. I don’t believe they tweaked it at all, if so. Please provide link. That thing is like a toaster oven on a barrel.

I watched the invitationals, and they did quite well with it, and it works well. It’s a variable zoom sniper rifle, it’s at most half a toaster on a barrel.

Keep it bulky, it may help me avoid getting killed by it lol. I never use it, so make it as hard to use as possible as far as I care lol.

I hated the H4 sniper but i’m fine with this as it is much smaller feeling
I think Halo Anniversary and H2 Anni. sniper is looks better than H5G. Probably sound better too.

Yeah, I do think they cut about 1/3 of the toaster oven off the barrel. It’d be awesome if they’d just used H2A’s Sniper design…no toaster oven on the sniper…but at least they did shave some of it down.
Yes. It’s ugly, but it’s an improvement from halo 4 i guess 
Legendary Halo sniper would be nice to satisfy those people who really hate how it looks.

lol I don’t think it makes it harder to use. I was still ripping heads in the beta. I just think it’s so ugly and not a fan of the sound. Don’t know how 343 likes the design or anybody in that matter.

I agree, it looks hideous. Reminds me that I’m a photographer on a battlefield and I want to take pictures with it. I don’t like the zoom on it either. Halo CE has a better zoom.
The scope definitely was shaved down I think it looks great now.

Well, at least it’s much better than Halo 4’s sniper. The scope is smaller and the colors work much better. That being said, I still prefer the Halo: Reach and H2A Campaign Sniper. Especially the latter, it just looks so good.
Ya. It looks awful. Much like the H4 sniper, which also looked awful.
