Halo 5 skin br contender blue

I have all the skins unlocked except the br contender blue. How do I access this skin even when they give u 2 contenders when u buy the Team skins.

You have to buy another pack.

I bought all the teams then that 10$ starter pack should I buy another team?

If you really want the weapon skin, then yeah, but who knows, maybe 343i will put them in the REQ pool some time down the road.
